After noticing that the Makeup By Mario Masterclass video from Sephoria 2024 was taken down and reuploaded in a shorter version, I have updated my post with the new video link. In that post, you can also read my transcription of his full comments on creasing since that part was cut from the new, shorter version. In the latest video, he addresses his previous remarks on creasing at the 12:28 mark. So you can skip to that part if you want to hear it from his mouth that, in his opinion, nothing can remove creases. In this post, I also discuss which concealers I have the least creasing trouble with, which include the Makeup By Mario SurrealSkin Awakening Concealer.

Oh those are some interesting comparisons between the Chanel quad and Tom Ford! In the swatches, I think I like the TF more for every one! I saw several ladies being “afraid” of the purple in the Chanel quad, so I wonder if something like Gold Hour would be better for them or how many of them might have it already in their collections.
My Chanel quad is supposed to be delivered today!

The purple should be soft enough that it works for anyone scared, but the Tom Ford would be a good alternative if they just don’t want the purple. Assuming they’re willing to spend the extra money on Tom Ford. It does have more product than the Chanel as well. I hope you enjoy your quad!
