Mac Mineralize Skinfinish Highlighter in Cheeky Bronze: Mac was making highlighters way before the craze for highlighters that took off after Becca’s Champagne Pop.  Check out the swatch if you are curious.  They sell a total of 5 shades in this formula if this one isn’t your cup of tea.

Wednesday Window Shopping for May 6, 2020: We discussed some new releases from NARS, Estee Lauder, Laura Mercier, Anastasia Beverly Hills, and L’oreal.  I did end up purchasing a couple of items discussed.  I got the L’oreal Age Perfect Blush in 425 Amber and a NARS Bronzer in Punta Cana rather than the shade Somoa that I originally talked about.

theBalm Bonnie Lou-Manizer Swatch:  The entire website was 50% off at the time of this post, but if you are still interested, it happens to be on sale for the same 50% at Kohl’s right now.  It’s a perfect time to use your Kohl’s cash that expires today.

Wednesday Window Shopping for May 13, 2020:  Becca, Makeup Revolution, Real Techniques, Sigma Beauty, and MAC were on my radar during this week.  There was a promo code on retailmenot for Sigma, so I was able to get the Cor-de-Rosa Eyeshadow Palette for 30% off.  The MAC summer collection had sold out on Ulta by the time I decided to buy anything.  Lucky for me it is going to release June 1 on the MAC website so I’ll have a second chance.  There has been a restock on the Ulta website, but I prefer to purchase directly from the MAC website.

NARS Highlighting Powder in Maldives and Ibiza (swatches): These highlighters were raved about when they were first released, but don’t get much love anymore.  If you like a subtle highlight that doesn’t accentuate texture, you have to check these out.

Wednesday Window Shopping for May 20, 2020:  There were some good products that caught my attention, but not enough to purchase anything.  Dior and Bobbi Brown have released their Summer Collections and Sigma Beauty released a brush set of bestsellers with rose gold handles.  Check out that post for all the details.

Top 3 Drugstore Blushes Under $10: Whether you already love drugstore makeup or you just want to get into using drugstore makeup, these blush recommendations won’t let you down.

Recipe Remix Banana Bread: This past Wednesday I switched gears to share a vegan gluten-free banana bread recipe I discovered.  While I’m not vegan, I do try a lot of vegan recipes due to my allergy to egg whites and cow’s milk.

Mac Dazzleshadow Extreme in Incinerated (swatch and review): Mac is one of my favorite brands, but every now and then I end up disappointed.  Check out this review to find out why.

If you made it to the end, leave a comment down below and let me know how May went for you.  I know times are rough for everyone right now, so I appreciate that you’ve spent some of your time with me and would love to hear from you.
